How much is the Acer?

both within 20-25k range...differs at place on os and all so cant comment much on it....

saiyan but in Us i guess its out with 6 cell battery or on techtree review i read adding 1200 u can get that option..so i think its available here.....i m not sure....

if you can get the EEE 1000H for less than 25K then go for it..otherwise Acer aspire one but it doesn't have bluetooth and comes with 3 cell battery.

aaah now even i m more towards eeepc as saw some acer one video its too small..but will wait for sometime as i havent heard of a better deal in mumbai yet..prime mail says 25k...a kolkatta guy got it for 23.5k...i guess ill get one if i find a deal near 20-21k

Also the only person voting..lolz

well, rest assured i dont go by votes for buying laptops. Its the features that play an important part :)

btw.. look where acer is now in ur voting section

What about the Wind, its at 25k too and the new lappy from Dell, the Inspire something, it will be in the same range as well. I would rather go Dell, than even Asus.

ya i know acer givin close fight....but only downside is not sure abt battery....else i would had gone for it .....still waiting for peeps to post acer 6 cell available or option of that available here...

Msi wind only prob so far in all review is its build up is not upto mark.....

Dell not released yet in india...will release ard diwali plus they have priced it funny in us market so no chance for cheap rate here...plus ssd i need atleast 80 giga stuff ...so acer and eee the only option

the One ships with a three cell, 2200mAh battery as standard, which lasted just shy of 2 hours when playing a DivX movie. That's a far cry from the Eee PC 901's 4.5-hour figure. Those wishing for better battery life can purchase a six cell, 4800mAh battery when it's released later in the year, and eventually the XP model is expected to migrate to the six cell as default.

hmm :| .. battery life takes a backseat.
but that doesnt mean i will not go for Acer :P
