Good. Had this problem initially when I couldn't get either Alcohol or Daemon tools to work in 7. Fortunately, found out about Virtual Clone Drive, and been using it. Its a no-frills virtual drive software. It will serve the purpose of mounting disk images in virtual drives, which was the only thing I needed.
 
I Prefer Alcohol over Daemon tools. Now that Daemon tools is Windows 7 compatible I am sure Alcohol will soon follow the suit.
