Finally, my new rig!!!

After 5 years i finally got my new PC.

Here r the specs:

1) Intel Core 2 Duo E6300

2) Intel DG965RY

3) Transcend 1GB 667MHz DDR2 RAM

4) BenQ DW 1650 DVD Writer

5) Western Digital 250 GB SATA-II Harddisk (WD 2500KS)

6) Zebronics Lava Cabinet

7) Zebronics 400W PSU (12V: 17A)

8) Sennheiser HD 485 Cans

Still using the old monitor, keyboard and mouse:

1) Samsung Samtron 55V

2) TVS Gold keyboard.

3) Logitech scroll mouse.

Well, the reason i bought only a 400W PSU is that my current setup has a onboard GPU.

Next year plans:

1) 19-20 inch LCD with HDCP support.

2) DirectX 10 based graphics card.

3) A good PSU to support the graphics card.

OR

1) Sony Playstation 3.

Well, that's it for the moment...

P.S: I assembled the PC myself for the first time 2day with help from my vendor at my home. I couldn't take the damn photos bcoz i don't have camera phone or a Digicam :@

Well, i don't know the exact price for now but i think i have a bit more than the market price at Nehru Place. That's because i told a local dealer to get the components from NP. I wanted to avoid the hassle of going to NP (very far from my home).

I haven't paid him any money yet :ohyeah:

Will update this thread once i get the exact price.

after the Graphics Card+LCD+PSU changes it will become great :hap2:

gr8 man....seriously ..ull feel a lot better after the monitor nd GC upgrade .......a monitor changes the complete looks of your pc
 
Ya, it was quite an enjoyable experience assembling my PC for the first time.

Now, the system will looks gr8 only after the monitor upgrade. I'll have to wait for a few months for that.
