Sure they do...but watch the video carefully, even if you don't know about the documentary, Demi actually isn't afraid/ ashamed to talk about the terrible thing her douche bag dealer did to her beside supplying fentanyl laced stuff.
It takes a lot of courage specially for a woman. And this is mainstream pop music!! Rock and hip-hop always had very honest artists.
