Guys finally we have a unlock solution

Do note that, the unlock works only for the SIM you have put in the device while doing unlock procedure. If you want to insert another sim, then just re-do the procedure !

Basically the procedure generates a ticket, a spoof of official one. So iPhone thinks you have inserted the official carrier wala sim. The tickets generated are saved at /var/Root/ibrary/Lockdown for each sim card. Saving copy of it, saves your time everytime when you insert a SIM whose ticket has been generated earlier.

The iClarified tutorial itself very lucid, still if anyone wants a n00b guide, let me know

Hey #[member='avi']. So if we keep the tickets and just rename them to something else can we use them again after switching to another SIM for the time being.

Let's say i saved my airtel no ticket. The redid the procedure for my Docomo no, but before that saved the ticket somewhere else, could i just copy - paste that ticket back and start using my airtel no again.

Yup, that should work. But I am not sure though, don't have an iPhone to test...
