CPU/Mobo Finding power consumption of my machine

Following is the configuration:

CPU - Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 (3.00 GHz, LGA 775 socket)
Mobo - Intel DG31PR
RAM - 1GB DDR2
HDD - Seagate SATA 160 GB

There is no monitor and I am using it as headless device. It will be running 24x7 and I am gonna use it mostly for development/programming, media streaming and download rig.

I want to find out the total power consumption. I am selling this system, however I wanted to know so that if using lower powered device would save any significant electricity bill.

I had a similar configuration. In apc ups with led monitor attached it showed around 110w consumption. A led monitor takes Max 35w, so most probably your system uses around 80w. Add 5w for modem or router and consumption is around 90w.
1unit every 11 hr's. Calculate the rest based on how much time your pc is running.
