I clicked on "basic html" version of gmail & that loads fine so its only the problem with the enhanced version.

yes me too experienced the same thing with gmail on FF 3.5.3 for sometime ,

then i switched to opera, it was fine there

now its fine with FF also!

dont know wat was d reason

updated to 3.5.3 still the same problem cant figure out what is the issue.

Just for info I am using the portable version of firefox not the installer one.

from the three solutions on the link you gave didn't anyone of them work?

Is javascript and cookies enabled on your ff?

The java options in content tab are checked in so that is not the problem either,

the link I posted has 3 options tried all & was stumped none worked so I posted here for help.

both are enabled but I am surely having some problems randomly with rapidshare not able to download files at times, its happening randomly in the day so not sure if both the problems are related or not.

Check if you have the latest java installed then.... that might be rare... just try updating.. or completely uninstall reinstall..

Java is updated 2 days ago, that's the 1st thing I did when I 1st faced the problem. One thing after updating to FF 3.5.3 is getting this error from Xmarks extension

SORTED out on its own, Gmail working fine now.

I dont know what I did but but I checked in the options to "clear the history" on FF exit, seems that solved the problem not sure if that was indeed the problem.

Thanks to all of you who tried to help.
