Alright, Firefox seems to be cheating on me. It seems that our long relationship is going through a bad patch. :(

Issue started when I reinstalled Firefox 3.6.15 and along with it the JAVA(TM) Platform SE 6 U24 6.0.240.7.

Each time I start Firefox, I get some weird popup asking me to install some SiteFormatHelper or Main from an unknown publisher whose Digital Signature cannot be verified. :@

Screenshots of the Popup:

Surprisingly, each time the Publisher is a different one. :S

What I did:

I reinstalled FF and the JAVA Plugin. If I don't install the JAVA Plugin, the problem disappears.

I performed a Full System Scan for Malware/Viruses. NIL. The System is Clean.

I have done the Uninstall/Reinstall business 'n' number of times till now. Each time, running the Malware/Virus Scan. I am sure the issue has a connection with the JAVA Plugin as if I don't install the JAVA Plugin, I don't get the Popup.

So, now, please Suggest a solution if you can. Please Do NOT suggest switching my browser. I have used Firefox for ages now. I am not gonna give up on Firefox so easily.

TIA.
