Which firewall do you use in Windows 10 ? Is Windows Firewall alone good enough ? If not, can you suggest me a lightweight firewall ?

Use windows firewall only but to manage/control it use this: https://www.binisoft.org/wfc

I use Firewall App Blocker in whitelist mode. Blocks everything except what I allow. Simple. Works well.
I add svchost to the list.

Do you guys use uTorrent with Windows Firewall only ?

I use ESET internet security. It works best for me and light on system resources. I don't require any other firewall or antivirus security software.
utorrent can be used with windows or any other firewall, can be whitelisted in all firewalls.

use these settings to remove adds from utorrent

1- Setting/Advance - type sponsored and change " offers.sponsored_torrent_offer_enable " to False
2- Setting/Advance - type upsell and change " gui.show_plus_upsell " to False
3- Setting/Advance - type offer and change " offers.left_rail_offer_enabled " to false
