i bought a Firewire cable (i-link s400, IEEE 1394) for transferring data from my DV handy cam.
bought it from Sony World at Rs.1500/-
before purchasing this cable, i was going to buy a 100buck cable from SP road
, fortunately i didnt take my cam with me, so couldn't buy the cable.
i want to know the difference between a local make Rs.100 firewire cable & branded one like Sony.
why is there such a huge difference in cost?
