Last time it was entirely beyond my control. This time I could have prevented it somewhat :ashamed:

I think it would be foolish to ask him for reimbursement. No matter how politely you ask, it can make a wrong impression. Just go and apologise in person for the mishap, dont bend over though, just simple apology.

If he is sensible enough he will take it lightly. So let him offer any reimbursement on his own.
 
yeah don't ask to any reimbursement ....

it sucks tho :( ..... all these days i was driving cars nothing happened and i bought a car and within two months a bus rammed into the car while i was waiting for the signal to turn green :cry:
 
yup, figured that was the best way to go. So far he said that he also had a large dent in the metal, and his AC is acting up...

err.... i never felt that, done 140+ many times in Zen and its stable, depends a lot on the rubber.

hehehe well i was in the fastest lane of the road with the 3 ft divider about half ft from my car going at over 100 or 110, and a santro driver decided it'll be a good idea to overtake from the left and then cut right in front of me, unfortunately for me he got his calculations wrong and clipped my front left quarter panel and made me go straight into that concrete divider :P

and you know what, high speed crashes do happen in slow motion :rofl:
