First purchase on ebay/geb. Should I be worried?

Just placed my First order on geb ebay.
I have a few questions:
1. Is PaisaPay automatically valid for all payment? I paid using my debitcard. It said something like PaisaPay protected but I have no idea.
2. This is actually my second order on geb. First one was a few years ago when someone ordered a "Pantech Burst" on my behalf on his ebay account. The product was supposed to be new but it definitely was not! There were cracks and dents everywhere. This was reported to the seller "i2cworld_inc3" who told me to keep the phone and he will refund 2000rs. Phone was promptly returned.
3. How reliable is geb and the seller above in your personal experience? What courier do they use (what is this "flat rate courier")? I don't want a refund, just want to the order to reach me safely.
4. Have any of you used any discount coupon on geb? If yes from where did you get the coupon?
How long will the shipping+delivery take?

I have used GEB a couple of times a few years back, I don't remember if it was this guy or booyah_chicago but I had ordered an Adata usb3 pen drive and a sansa clip+ separately and I received them both in around 8 days. It was shipped from New York via USPS in a bubble wrap envelope w/o the original packaging.
Snail mail isn't as shitty as people make it out to be, I frequently order small items from UK and Germany and it always gets here in under 10 days.
 
Seller might have been "booyah_chicago" but the guy's pricing is really high, often much more than the price in India lol.
In the summer of last year I ordered some cable sleeves and I think that i also got them in 10 days. It was shipped using USPS. I was really amazed.
I think that the geb seller here is working at a snail's pace. I mean the order is yet to be shipped. I hope to receive it by end of next month lol.
 
Well I've been using e-bay only for "chillar" items for the last 3-4 years so I wouldn't know but back in the day the prices were pretty good.

I have ordered but cancelled after 8 days, money got refunded [emoji19]
 
I have generally used eBay and GEB for cheap electronics and utilities only. Never had any problems in last 3-4 years. :)

There is no point using GEB for branded electronics, primarily because of Warranty issues with the manufacture. Most of them don't cover eBay purchases in warranty, unless you are buying from an authorized seller.
