Currently paying 475pm, surprisingly utorrent doesn't go about 32kBps, still I don't think that I should complain. The latency is very low 6-9ms and the speeds are consistently 32kBps...still if I wand something the hub is always there. I <3 Fivenetwork, anyidea why speedtest is able to touch 1.85Mbps but utorrent won't go beyond the stipulated 32kBps ? I have checked the settings and I haven't capped utorrent.
Fivenet plans are burstable upto 4 mbps. It means when you start a download, it starts off at 4mbps and caps into your connection speed within a few secs, or around 1 min. This is the same with youtube videos too. The intial few seconds of the video loads at 4mbps or so speed and slowly settles within the connection speed you have.
