Fivenet is better or Pacenet?

Hi,
I Heard Fivenet is good so i have decided to change over to Fivenet.
I have Pacenet currently but i dont get 25+ speed sometimes on torrent.
256kbps plan for 1200 bux thats what he offered me.
Now i have queries
1.Hows Bandwidth?
2.How much Down time?
3.Hows Download speed on torrents?
4.Any chances of FTP or connectivity to DC++ ?

My main priority is Torrent speed & Downtime.

FiveNet is better for other things. Torrent, Limewire, all P2Ps, Rapidshare, Megashare, Megaupload, etc are blocked at 17KBps max. You need to know where to download from to get max speeds. Speeds in excess of 100KBps is usual.

5ve net sux. it never gave me 12+kbps speed on 256kbps plan. bloody worst net ive ever seen. never worked out. disconnected every 15 mins.

Well, its fine for me.

It does reconnect a few times. Buts thats ok, Ive set it to redial in 1 Second, for 999999999 Retries. Lol.

I get 25+ kBps DL speeds in Torrents all the time.

http is always 30+ kBps.

The only thing that annoys me about 5net is the Upload speed is 64kbps, on the 256kbps line.

Ive requested for 128kbps atleast, lets see what happens next month.
