Hey Men got a solution, this works. ;) for sure!!!!!!!!

Get the Active@Boot Disk, it is an ISO file. (Google it). :)
It consist of two ISO types--> GUI and Dos
GUI is 128MB
Dos is 9MB

Both the types have the same function and same procedure only the interface is different. What it does is that it removes the password and the next time u boot u are able to enter the OS without any login or password.

Download any of the ISO and burn it as bootable file in a CDROM.

Next boot the PC from the CDROM. and follow the steps.
(I am explaining the DOS mode, it is much better) GUI is same.

1. First screen u will get is
pictA0.gif

Choose option 1 (Logical drive)

2. Second Screen
pictA1.gif

Choose the drive where your OS is installed.

3. Choose the Local users from the list
Screen_4.gif

NB: Here u r choose the user, whose login password u have forgot and not the administrator. Suppose if the user name was "Andrew" then select the no. assigned to the name, but if u want u can clear the admin password also. :)

4. User account information
Screen_5.gif

Here by default two option are selected
Password never expires
Clear this user's password
So just press Y button

5. Password Resetted
Screen_8.gif

Password is resetted

Take the CD out and press ESC repeatedly untill u reach the null screen. Restart the machine. u r done the password will be cleared.

Have checked it in Windows Vista Ultimate, it worked and it will work for other OS also. :hap2:[/

Well thefirst step should rather be this -

If you are not able to remember your account username, log on to safe mode under Administrator (hopefully you would have created a separate account for yourself). Then go to user accounts section in control panel and delete password for that particular acount :)

What should your do when you forgot the password to login to windows system? Ask an administrator to reset the log on password for you. If you yourself are administrator, and you can't remember the administrator password, the problem get a little tricky, and probably hard to recover the "forgotten password" again. Before you search for recovery CD or Windows DVD to format and reinstall Windows onto the computer, here a few solutions you can try to unlock the windows to gain access to the system again, at least by resetting the password
Method 1: Take a rest, and try hard to remember the forgotten password
Sometimes, human being is a little weird. You won’t get the thing that you urgently need. So have a coffee, take a snap or even come back after a few days, you may found that you suddenly ‘remember’ your Windows password.
Method 2: Try No Password Administrator Login Backdoor
In Windows XP (not Windows Vista as Administrator account is not enabled by default), there is built-in Administrator user account, that has administrative credentials, enabled by default, and without any password to protect the account from been access. If you didn’t change this Administrator’s password, then try to sign in to Windows XP without password.
Method 3: Reset password from another user account with administrator credentials
If you cannot log on to Windows by using a particular user account, but you can log on to another account that has administrative credentials, follow these steps on how to do the trick: Log on to Windows by using an administrator account that has a password that you remember. You may need to start WinXP in safe mode. Click Start, and then click Run. In the Open box, type “control userpasswords2″, and then click OK. Click the user account that you forgot the password for, and then click Reset Password. Type a new password in both the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and then click OK.
Method 4: Do-It-Yourself (DIY) third party recovery tool
1. Login to a computer that can link to Internet. Download :clap: Windows Password Unlocker 4.0 and decompress it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD.
2 Get out the newly created CD and insert it to the locked computer.
3 Re-boot the locked computer and then follow the process of instructions. Just a few steps, the old password was removed.'''
4 Setting new password:
Step one: Open the "Control Panel"
Step two: Click the "User Account "
Step three: Select the account you wanna to set a new password.
Step four: Click "changing Account " and "set up password", then fill out the form as listed. Click "Create Password".

Forgetting your Windows administrator login password. With no way to get into the system, you can’t even perform basic maintenance, let alone a thorough tune-up. Formatting is always an option, but we consider that a last resort. (Plus, guess who’s going to have to help reinstall all the programs lost after a wipe?) But all hope is not lost. There are a few ways to actually retrieve a lost Windows account password. Read on, and we’ll show you the light.

====1st Method====

The first thing which you check if you forget login password. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account “Administrator” and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget your user account password then try this:

Start system and when you see Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys twice and it’ll show Classic Login box. Now type “Administrator” (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows.

Now you can reset your account password from “Control Panel -> User Accounts”.

Same thing can be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.

====2nd Method====

1. Reboot your machine.

2. Press F8 before the Windows boot screen appears.

o Do not press F5 as used on the NT/9x series of Windows.

3. You will be be prompted with a boot options menu.

4. Select the Start Windows in Safe Mode option.

5. Click through several self-explanatory screens until your reach the familiar 'Welcome' screen.

6. Note that this welcome screen is limited to 256 colors and 640x480 resolution because the primary graphics will have been set to the Windows Safe Mode software VGA adapter. You will not be able to change this mode even in Display options, while Windows is running in Safe Mode.

7. Find the icon for the Administrator user. If the default settings of your system haven't been changed, there should be no password for this account.

o The Safe Mode Welcome screen might display some of the other users on your system.

8. Login as the admin.

9. Press Yes at the prompt asking if you would like to continue using Safe Mode.

10. Continue on to the User Settings control panel. Here you can change any of the other passwords for user on the machine. Make any changes you want.

11. Reboot your computer. As long as you don't press any keys (i.e. F8) during the boot-up the computer will startup normally.

12. Login as the user for which you set the password.

====3rd Method====

Windows XP and further versions also provide another method to recover forgotten password by using “Reset Disk”. If you created a Password Reset Disk in past, you can use that disk to reset the password. To know more about it, please visit following links:

====4th method====

Comparatively, using windows password reset utility is a reliable and convenient method for solving the password problem. Normally, the program can easily reset the password to “Blank” with no -reformatting or installation. Do all the job for you automatically.

====5th method====

If it doesn't work above ,I hope that you have some hacker friends.

I have downloaded windows password key 8.0. It is a very quick and useful utility for resetting passwords. It not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password.
Just an easy to use bootable CD/DVD . It can also be used on a USB Flash Drive. Windows Password | Lost Windows Password | Windows Password Reset | Forgot Windows Password
