Guys,
I managed to fix the issue on Windows 7, where network keeps dropping out when trying to disconnect and reconnect the broadband back
Also the 'Unidentified Network' seems to have gone off
After many unsuccessful attempts from the net, at fixing this damn issue, figured out by a random trail-and-error, that disabling 'IPv6' from the LAN adaptor fixes the issue.
But set the values for IPv4 ( IP, Subnet, gateway, DNS etc)
So, those who have newer onboard or PCI adaptors with IPV6, disable it (by unchecking) and restart modem and PC
After this, i can disconnect PPPOE dialer and reconnect any number of times without any issues. No need to restart PC or modem for getting the connections back
Tested it for last 3 days, its running fine (hopefull)
Hope it is useful
