Flash Cart for Nintendo DS

Does anyone here own one of these ? I've seen them littered around the internet, but I can't seem to find any place that is reliable and is willing to ship to India. Where did you guys buy yours from ?
I searched TE and found a thread where a guy was selling his DS with an R4 card, I sent him a PM and I'm waiting for his reply.

Anyone else out there ?

It says on the site that "International Shipping by FedEx only. Good rates for small package (less than 2 lb)."

Did you have to pay anything extra for shipping ?
