Flashing Nokia 5235

Many nokia 523X owners here at TE have flashed their phones and so I am planning to do. The main reason for it is :.

1. Poor battery life with nokia firmwire.
2. Media player not worth.
3. Interface

Now I want a basic startup tutorial for flashing the 5235 model. Plus some cool looking mod for it. I have gone through dailymobile forum but not much help there.
I liked the omnia mod but reluctant in flashing since I haven't done it.

So before I jump the gun I want you guys to help me by providing me a guide/tutorial and some recommended mods for 5235.

I've 5230. I guess steps for flashing will be similar for both the models?

There is omnia moded theme available at dailyforum. With that you can get the omnia UI on your phone.
Regarding flashing with custom firmware there are numerous sites with its tutorial.
Just do the search option of google.
Before you should make sure that you back up the original firmware.
I could have done it to help you but the 5230 is owned by my elder sister and she is not comfortable with it so dropped the idea.
If you do the flash do give all the backup files hosted on some sites like mediafire.
