it shud work perfectly.. it does not take any resources...
it swaps some files with the xp ones.. thts it. so it does not run extra processes to hog up ram

i'de rather go for performance tan looks cuz i need everything fast its really annoying to wait for 30 seconds for windows to start and land on the desktop

keep the additional applications off (like object dock , yzshdaows etc. etc.) , and this "thing" will be as fast as the default XP theme , if not even faster ...
