Foot pain remedies

Already trying a doctor and warm water. Not really helping at all. I am just wondering if anyone has idea whats wrong here.

Anyone can tell me any good massagers. Found some on ebay having the hot water tub and massager and all, Are they any good?

Also consult a physiotherapist. If everything's clear clinically, they do help a lot. I had severe shoulder pain and suffered for around 3 months. One physiotherapist gave me hot wax treatment for around 10 days and my pain just vanished.

Take hot tub bath :D , and visit some nice spa :D

Anyway i don't have pain in that particular region, but in whole part below knee due to sitting in chair for almost 15-16 hr daily :(

Are your shoes too tight or jut into your legs in that spot? I had problem with a pair of shoes, where the back support was too thick and used to press against my feet just behind the ankles. Feet used to pain in those areas a lot so I got a new pair which doesn't fit too tight and becomes uncomfortable.

And yeah as mentioned by @6pack, you should try some insole (Dr.schols) along with shoes, which will increase the comfort, thereby reducing any sort of pain if being caused by shoe

I think your shoes/footware are the culprit.
Have you changed anything like footware, exercise routine, work pattern in the past three months? There you might find your answer yourself.

I have changed my shoes twice over the course. I always have been wearing a size bigger than actual size cause I never feel comfy with them. In last 3 mths, I have gone from wearing per-dominantly woodlands to thick soled leather shoes (change in dress code - always formal at my new workplace). The pain is basically more on the left side than on the right side.

Even I had a similar discomfort during the transition to formals, though not as severe as yo u are having.
I advise you to wear proper socks like high cotton content ones as the do not slip inside the shoe.

Get shoes with a softer rim and check the insole for sturdiness and comfort.
Also make sure that the outer sole is not hard as rock to allow natural wearing.
