We have seen Oblivion, Gothic 3, Two Worlds
But what still remains to be seen is a free roam RPG based on greek mythology, I mean it can be based on the greek mythology where you can have gods and beasts like Minotaur, centaur, chimera or it can be based during the time of romans with a world with civilizations like egyptian, greek, persian and roman empires, you choose to be a citizen of one of the following empires and you can travel round the world gaining skills and artifacts based on greek mythology or anything of that sort, live the battle of thermopolaye
Be a spartan hoplite and fight against romans, live in beautiful roman cities be a proud roman, man the idea leads to a vast RPG i mean really vast, i mean really really really vast, but i want you all to add in ideas and may be some day some game developing company will make this game...

Interesting idea. I see this happening, but only as an MMO RPG. Not a single player game.

sounds a lot like WoW
levelgrinding sucks

Non-linear rpg's like Oblivion are way too overrated. They feel like GTA, lots of content but no actual material.
I'd rather play something linear like Kotor or Planescape.
