21-30k For buying a Laptop

Dear Friends,
I'm planning to buy a new laptop with economical rate preferring configuration of intel I3 processor,more than 500GB HDD sata,graphic card,2-4GB DDR Ram,LED display,15"screen etc.Kindly advice me for good brand with same configuration.

what will you use the laptop for?

if gaming, no 30k laptop can offer any decent gaming. get HP G6 2005AX but it has AMD A8 quad core processor.

go for something like Dell or HP, they both are good brands and also have a great trust associated with the users.
