Not under warranty

In excellent condition

slight scratches on the back considering its been in use for a year

Running ios 4.0 (can be jailbroken on request)

Comes with data/ charging cable

Does not come with earphones

Comes with original packing and manual

Has a scratch guard on the front panel

Expected price: 6k

Reason for selling: want to upgrade to the ipod touch 4g :)
