The world's only turbine-powered Batmobile is up for auction on eBay.
You might remember when we wrote about a stunning turbine-powered Batmobile last month. Worthy of Batman himself, this fantasy vehicle turned reality is equipped with a monstrous Boeing turboshaft 385 horse-power engine pulled out of a naval drone helicopter. It even comes complete with an Apple iPad installed into the center deck, perfect for using the GPS to follow your bat tracer victims, or to phone in Alfred for some additional support. Now, Batman fans have the chance to take the auto home. As long as they have several hundreds of thousands of dollars lying around, that is.
"Completed in 2011, this car was constructed in a professional racing facility alongside Grand Prix, DTM, Indy and Sports Racing cars," seller chaparralman writes on the eBay listing. "Its construction is in a completely different league than both replicas and of course the movie prop cars ...
