Requirement is,

Core i7 CPU version 2770K/3770K/other above 3Ghz
About 8-12GB RAM of 1333Mhz FSB
Motherboard with HDMI output, multiple would be good for future
SATA ports
Multiple USB 3 ports
600W power supply cabinet
No graphics card needed as of now.
Over clock options
WIFI inbuilt
7.1 audio
Upto 32GB ram



Please suggest CPU and MOBO for high video transcoding requirement.
