forgotten Itouch Username and password

Hi all,
I owned aItouch 8Gb..at the time of sycing first time i created Apple id,
but now i hv forgotten the ID and password..
so i am not able to install any Software from Apple store it asks for username and password..

Note: i am not talking about the login password
please help me out..
 
just sinc it with your pc which has itunes (it remembers your user & pass) it will automatically login for you, you do not have to login manually from your touch.
 
Are you talking about the login ID of appstore . If yes then do one thing . Change your country in the itunes appstore window and then create a new id . You will find the option to change the country at the bottom .

Or you can also use the forgot password link if you can remember the id .
