crap..... what a time to create the bet......

Anyway Schumi and Massa showed today that Ferrari are well and truly back !! :D :D

They were on the same load as the Renaults and they were still waaaaay quicker....

Hope Schumi and Massa and Ferrari can keep the momentum going !!

Looks like TE has lost interest in f1. Anyway mods can i get my winnings now?

Edit: And then i have to edit my post coz nikhil posted :P Yea ferrari are well on their way to the title now. In other news, Stever Slater is the dumbest man alive.

ABSOLUTELY !!!

Me, my friend and my dad were cursing him all the way !!!

After the cars completed 26 laps on the first set of tyres, he kept on predicting that they would all go for a 3-stop strategy !!

I mean, a novice at F1 would be able to see the logic that a 2-stop would suffice...... I seriously think he was high or something

dman wth!! how did miss this.. this aint done man!!

pls pls pls create the high stakes event one day b4.. pls pls pls . pls pls pls!!

Yea totally, hes been doing this every race infact. Saying that people are on a three stop strategy when you can easily predict theyre gonna stop only twice. Especially before the last stops around 25 laps to go he still says they have to stop two more times!! :S Last race at magny cours it was even funnier, he didnt know that the qualifying rules were changed and looked like an absolute idiot, and then saying "They didnt tell us about it" . But the funniest thing ive heard him say was a few races back, "The wind speed is 3.1 m/s which is sort of about 35 kmh"

imo ferrari would definitely had a 3 stopper in their thoughts if they were under pressure and wore out their tyres .. since there werent any serious challengers after half race distance they took things easy and went the 2 stop way

^^Nah it was always on to be a two stopper. They stopped on laps 20 and 21. They were running pretty fast in the first stint and their tyres held up pretty well. They just had such an advantage that they could afford to cruise later on.

i thought one of the commentators mentioned how worn out the tyres were at the end of 20 laps ? maybe i was mistaken ..

That is right....

But the thing is, the cars did one whole stint at a very very fast pace..... for abt 26 laps.... Why shouldnt the tyres last another 26 laps ??

And the track temperature was very very high....but it did not vary too much from the start of the race to the end....
