Are there any free forum softwares that look like premium Forum softwares like the ones TE uses vB or IP Boards??

I have seen the demo of all of them and it looks 'UGLY' . Can any of them can be made as elegant as TE.

^^Default look of all the forum software is not as elegant as TE, however every forum software allows you to skin it for modifying the looks.

The current looks and streamlined features are courtesy of IPB, I am not really sure what you are looking at but phpBB should suffice your needs since it has the most diverse assortment of tools and plugins available. #challapradyumna

#challapradyumna - You can try phpBB. It is free and very good in fact. There are many beautiful templates for phpBB out there. I have very good experience with phpBB and it's modifications for over 5 years and I can say it is the best "free" forum software.
