Hi I am Ashish Solanki from Ahmedabad-Gujarat. Recently I bought Asus Crosshair V Formula Z MOBO + AMD 8150 Processor + Asetek H2O 920 Liquid Cooler + Gskill Rampage CL7 6GB(2x3GB) DDR3 Ram + Corsair RM750 PSU + 2 Cooler Master 120mm LED Fan at RS.33500/- including courier charges from Imtiyaz Ahmed who is from Guwahati. I did this deal from OLX.in. After pay for all desired items when I received my DTDC Courier there was no Corsair RM750 psu and 2 cooler master 120mm LED fan inside box. Moreover Asetec H2O 920 has only one stock cooling fan and one fan is from cooler master which i got broken out of box. When I try to contact him he said that he is out of India. And after few days he block my numbers when I try to contact him from other mobile numbers he also block them. After searching internet I found on ERODOV.com that this man already cheat few other people also. So its my request to contact me on my either on my mobile (09824613786) or reply me on this post with all details of how Imtiyaz cheat you so I can make legal action/complain in Consumer Court as well as CYBER CELL.

Not advisable. His ISP uses dynamic IP most probably. So you will be robbing many legitimate people of access to this forum.
And anyway, he can start accessing the forum via his phone. If he changes his carrier, the IP address range will change.
You are may be right brother, but I m new in this forum. And a guy from techenclave suggest me over Erodove to make a profile in techenclave and creat a post against Imtiyaz because he already cheat too many guys. And If i m not wrong nobody got satisfaction from any thread. I try to collect more and more evidence agaist Imtiyaz so We can register complaint against him in Consumer Forum as well as Cyber Cell. Sorry guys if I said some thing wrong.
He was back on erodov with as shoaib afridi .. i had my doubts so banned him ... later he again made an id by the name of sanjib ... he keeps coming back with different usernames ...
i suggest mods here to be careful of him and users to make sure that its not imtiaz if they are dealing with anyone from assam ...

@dark.lord.rules Yes, we are very well aware of him. He created the Shoaib Afridi id here too. It was banned, and the member with who he was in talks with was alerted at the very early stages of the deal.
he did many deals with that id on erodov .. but luckily no one was scammed ... later he created an id as sanjib06 ... n claimed that he doesnt knows any one called imtiaz .... the address he dealt on was different than imtiaz's .. it was of a shop in guwahati ... i guess he was buying stuff for cheap from our classifieds and selling them at his shop in guwahati .. thats the reason he is so desperate to get going in the classifieds section ...

I sold him a Mobo + Processor as an combo.
He told me every time he is shoaib Afridi , he spoke on phone.
Apparently, After receiving the shipment today he claims that mobo broke at the ending.

I got to know few days back that this is same guy from Assam who buys stuff for cheap and sells it. I asked him for Outer box pics where its damaged, He says its not damaged outside but motherboard damaged.
The Box was Amazon ( you know its quality), he argues because of some weight on it, it went kaput. Blames it on courier since i used Shree maruthi and he wanted me to use DTDC.
After checking he says, it wouldn't boot and he cannot see Bios UI.
Now as the mobo is damaged i agreed to take it back and refund only for the damaged mobo, He demands equal price for Motherboard as Processor.. I don't know who in this world doesn't know the cost of motherboard is always lesser than Processor.
Insists again to take back the whole combo and return the whole amount. Knowing already about this scumbag, I said i won't take the processor and will take just the broken motherboard.
The rates to Assam are 190/kg and that fellow says its like 250-300/kg and he will only use DTDC. The only fault of mine remains, i asked an friend to pack it and apparently he forgot to use thermocoal or else i wouldn't bought the topic of refund in front of him.
In the conversation meanwhile, I said Imitiyaz i will not take the processor as its fine and undamaged and obviously should work. He accuses me of alleging him, Now without having idea about imitiyaz why would be reply like that.
The only option left with me is refunding the amount for Motherboard and let that a***hole keep the motherboard, since taking it back would again cost me 300 extra for return shipping.
Having not dealt such an irritating a****le in my whole life.
He shared a proof with me which had Sanjib Chakraborthy, when i accused him of not using his real name (ID: Sanjib909)

Even i thought the same or else damage during transit wouldn't have broken the edge part without any damage to the external box.
I am still not convinced how it got damaged internally. Now he accuses me of shipping a broken product, When the pictures are there before selling. Whatte a Scum.

That kind of crack seems to be dueto trying to screw the mobo into the cabby. that kind of crack cannot be courier fault.
