Free forums?

I want to make a forum for my TF2 clan and wanted to know some good sites that offer free hosting.

I had used #1 Free Forums - FreeForums.org - Create a free forum in minutes! earlier but it was problematic and had access issues. Would prefer PHPBB sites.

Please suggest some good sites.

I think you won't be able to install new themes and MODS in above mentioned free forum hosting. Instead I will suggest you to look for a free hosting which provide you php, Mysql, FTP, SMTP, POP3. And manually install forum script.

Mohit, check out Free Forum Hosting on dedicated server - Forums.vc - Free Forum Hosting - AFAIK they are completely Ad-free! It comes with over a hundred themes already preinstalled.
