How can i get free virtual phone number of uk or usa . ...in India...

And also , virtual phone number divert on my original indian Number....

How can I all of do this....

Skype gives virtual number.
You can have number starting with +44 (UK) even though you are inside India.

Skype is not an virtual number...
You are not skype number divert on your original mobile number...

I don't know of a free way to achieve call forwarding from a voip number to your indian mobile number, but if you want to pay there's www.localphone.com. Incoming number in US or UK is $1 per month and call forwarding to india is 1.5 cents per min which is their call rate to india.
