Free international SMS/text messaging apps. (?)

Are there any apps. that allow you to send free international SMSes ? Way2SMS (a website) works only within India for instance.

BTW, I want this app for my computer and not for a phone.

Oh, and it's not exactly apps. that I want, but if one exists then that's cool. A website like Way2SMS would be preferable.

i dont think there is any universal app or site that works internationally
