I was using a low power Intel NUC (Celeron J4025) which apparently did not meeting the minimum system requirements for Zoom's background blur/replacement feature. I had been searching for a free option for webcam background replacement software for some time and finally stumbled on this -
Turned out that it worked really well for couple of backgrounds I selected hence thought of sharing here with others, who are in the same situation. It is not perfect i.e. there are some artifacts and some lag when using it as a virtual camera in Zoom but it is good enough for me. YMMV.
