Free recharge of 50Rs

Someone claiming to give a free recharge doesn't have a proper website name (replyyy.com), which doesn't match with the fake site name (frerecharge - notice the single e in free) and uses a Google spreadsheet to get details? It screams SPAM SPAM SPAM.
 
In the second step They want the facebook mobile mail address of your profile - It means that instead of spamming your Inbox .They will spam your facebook wall for the rest of your life for a 50rs recharge
