Having bought almost 20,000 worth of stuff i can say its a reliable site. the site automatically copies from amazon. you are better or searching for a product on amazon and then searching the exact same product name copied on 20 north.

how ever beware they make you wait in my experience almost 1 and half months.be prepared to wait and face excuses from them stating customs delay etc

product was fantastically shipped no doubt.

i probably wud not buy again wud rather try via kmd

PS donot get carried away buy the price listed. first choose what you want then click on buy. where in the hidden shipping costs. customs duty. XYZ pop up increasing the price by about 50% usually

And something really interesting happened when I ordered an item marked with free shipping tag. A pop-up appeared saying 'An updated shipping rate will be sent in an email'. I got an email today requesting to complete my order. When I checked it now, the tag is removed and coupon doesnt work too...I was like...WTF!!!
 
20north has re-introduced free shipping offer ad now they are not charging any handling fees for items marked as gift.

After these two offers some products are at really attractive prices. Like you can get WDTV Live for Rs. 6008/- and WD TV for Rs.5921 /-. :)
 
Are there any other charges which can be levied by this site/ or by the courier company apart from what is mentioned on the site?
 
Just discoverd, For your purchase to be eligible for duty free you need to pay the equivalent amount in dollars through CC or paypal or us bank transfer and you'll also require a us address as shipper's address.

Further the customs authority may still charge you duty at their discretion.

It seems they waived the handling charges for gifting option...i verified too and it seems true...tried with 2GB clip+...final price at checkout is same as listed price...check yourself..
