this scheme has been running for over an year. i've bought over 35 books from Amazon UK in 2011 and all were refused to be shipped under this scheme, despite the fact that all qualified to be under super saver shipping, so had to take SnS route.

did they give a reason?

i've never used this service but just came across this so posted. Never knew amazon shipped anything to india

^^ Only stuff sold directly by AMZ UK qualifies for it. I've received more than 2o parcels containing blu-rays & books via SSS.
