winrar is not a freeware.....7zip ftw!!!

errr...actually winrar is shareware to be exact. But it doesnt expire after the 1 month trial, just nags you with a simple popup when you open any file in winrar. Just press close. Thats the only prob.

So long as you are compressing/uncompressing using the explorer context menus, no nags or anything, so use without problems
