FreeAgent DockStar step by step torrent download guide

Hey,
I was thinking of buying FreeAgent DockStar...
FreeAgent DockStar Network Adapter | Seagate

Linux can be installed onto it...
But I have never used linux...
Can someone please explain step by step , how to install linux on it, and how to get it downloading torrents???
Also please tell me can Windows XP be installed in it???

Before installing linux on the dockstar you should first install it on a normal pc and use it for a few days,then you will understand these dockstar guides easily.
