Freelance website for beginners?

Hi,

Could you please tell me about some good freelance website where i can find beginner jobs worth $10-$20? I have a degree in Information Technology, but can also do some basic graphics editing or other misc.

Try www.freelancer.com the most popular freelance site. You will have lots of competitors but I believe you will be able to make it work if you get the job done properly and on time (most important factors on that site).

My suggestion: Before trying for work, build a portfolio, show off the kind of work you can do. At least that's what I did.
Degrees don't mean much for online freelance work afaik.
If you are thinking of data-entry jobs.. they aren't really worth it, good ones are rare and hard to find.
