Not difficult at all!

Take a base image then screw around with it till it looks horrible

Then add another layer screw it even more till it looks bad

Add text with blending options

And Voila!!!! A masterpiece is born!

Just kidding re! i cant actually explain u the entire thing properly srry

I'll try writing a tutorial next time
