Fridge Suggestion

Finally my 26 yrs old Kelvinator Fridge got kaput 2day and decided to buy a new one :hap2:
So suggest me a very good Double door fridge. Samsung LG etc.
Budget is around 15k.
Can extend more :S

Been using a samsung 315lts (RT31) for the past 2 years. Works well, does what it's supposed to & the freezer is good enough to churn out ice quickly. It was about 16-17k then.

You can look for an updated model with 5star power rating. (RT31 had 4 star)

go for models from sharp,Panasonic & hitachi (below 20k)all are far far better than LG,Samsung,Whirpool etc.both in build quality,features,power etc !!!

I've had a bad experience with Whirlpool's service centre. Its pathetic in Mumbai.

Stay away from it.

Have been using Samsung 230 litres double door model for nearly 5 years now. No problems whatsoever. Would definitely recommend Samsung for good build quality, cooling and low power consumption. Check out the Star ratings for the fridge you are going to buy.

well i say get a direct cool 5 star rated fridge from LG or godrej,they have many models check them in BEE site.
while a frost free fridge consumes more power then a equivalent direct cool type.
