My friend studying in the US needs a laptop, his max budget is 700$. Please suggest some good models OR some best buy/Amazon deals. Needs it pretty urgently.

Thanks vikram, will surely tell him. May i know what kind of a laptop config u should expect in 700$ there(I have no idea)
And which brand he should go for preferably(HP,dell etc)
 
If he wants to go to store/mall, he can buy Toshiba/Acer/HP/Compaq/Gateway on the spot after trying it.

Else he can order Dell/Lenovo etc. online and he will get it within a week.
