From and to Virtualbox

Hi, I have VirtualBox with Ubuntu 20.04. I have set -clipboard sharing and -drag and drop as - Bidirectional. But it is not working. I have also added Windows 10's Downloads folder as a Shared folder but it is nowhere seen.

Any idea why none of them works even when Settings show that it is enabled. ? Thanks.

Edit 1:

It seems I have to install Guest Additions. But not sure how to do it.

Edit 2:

I have installed Guest Additions and restarted VM, VirtualBox and PC, still no luck. :(

Log into Guest OS, and from top bar in VirtualBox you will see there should be an option to install Guest Additions
