I have a coolermaster cabinet with a front panel usb 3.0 single slot whose cable is to be fitted with mainboard header. rest are usb 2.0 slots which are connected to mainboard headers.
Mainboard is Intel DH67CL1 which has 2 USB 3.0 ports but no USB 3.0 headers. if I want to connect to the front panel usb 3.0 connector, what cable/adapter is needed? is this one fit:

BTW, I only want to connect 1 usb 3.0 port to front panel usb 3.0. will the 2nd usb 3.0 port remains unaffected by the connection to front panel?(like speed etc)

Intel DH67CL1 USB specifications
The board supports up to 14 USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports.
The Intel H67 Express Chipset provides the USB controller for the 2.0 ports. The two
USB 3.0 ports are provided by the NEC* UPD720200 controller. The port arrangement
is as follows:
- Two USB 3.0 ports are implemented with stacked back panel connectors (blue)
- Six USB 2.0 ports are implemented with stacked back panel connectors (black)
- Eight USB 2.0 front panel ports implemented through four internal headers
- All 16 USB ports are high-speed, full-speed, and low-speed capable.
- The USB 3.0 ports are super-speed capable.
