Storage Solutions Front USB panel via the connector on motherboard.

Hi all,
I am looking for a solution like this Front USB Cable . While clearly this should be a no brainer I have been unable to see the same translated as reality in India. Any idea of any vendor or anybody who knows a shop which sell things like what I suppose/think. Looking forward for replies.
