ok guys unfortunatly most tubes have already been sold locally and so there is one tube left. As there is quite high demand I open up the floor to an auction. Please post how much you are willing to bid.

Auction will end on July 14th at 5pm. The remaining tube will go to the highest bidder.

The best form of payment would be either a Cash Deposit to my Standard Chartered account or a wire transfer IF you use Standard Chartard.
 
^^ for ur information, auctions are against the rules ...unless ofcourse its being done for a noble cause.
 
Mohit is right Kev. No auctions are allowed on TE. And plz make sure next time you post you are sure about the quantity so that members dont get carried away. Finally keep a firm price.
 
I will sell to anyone that has PayPal, lives in chennai or anyone that can go to a standard chartered with cash and deposit it in my account.

Sidewinder goofed up :S.. They still havent sent me my Artic Silver tube :S... Which i had ordered with my Water cooling to my Aunt in usa itself..
 
^^sidewinder takes time .... llllllllooooooooooonnnnnnnnnngggggggg time infact ...took me around 3 weeks to get my tube of as5 frm them.

I think it is a wonderful concept to get rid of "excess Baggage" by the members.

Auctions with or without "reserved" price is prevalent in most of the "real" tech forum sites.

This will lead to a rise of geometric proportions to our membership base ....

The only precaution the staff should take is that to make sure the item, successfully bidded and auction concluded, is actually delivered to the bidder....

for there may be cases when the final bid price is not to the expectation of the seller (inspite of reserved price) and he vanishes when the auction ends .....
I know the staff is not responsible for any deals made here on TE but the staff can be "alert" for new members auctioning stuff ...they can make it mandatory to post the mobile no(s) , or references from existing members , for new members.
