Your point is? a new board through KMD currently costs ~10k.
If you can personally get this board for $144.99 and take care of warranty too then why dont you start a GO, i'm sure you'll find plenty of ppl interested, if not then STFU :)

do u have the backplate as shown in this pic

the cooler does not have a backplate, its a oem zalman that came with a galaxy 8600gts. backplate is not needed btw, i've used it with a 8600gt/9400gt/9500gt/9600gt/a couple of quadros with no issues
@rave, i dont think this will fit a 4850.
however if youre interested i can get you a good deal on some oem zalman vf900cu's :P. i'm getting one for myself.

hmmm....so the vf700 is the secret of the Indian hardware junkie....btw please put me in line too, ready to transfer the amount whenever you say....
 
just got back from my dealer, he had only one piece of the vf900 cu which i bought.
he did have a galaxy oem zalman cooler which was bigger and better built than the vf900cu, i didnt get that cuz the vf900 had more mounting holes than that cooler. the galaxy poster proclaimed the cooler to be a Zalman VF902 but thats not the case. the vf902 is nothing but a oem vf900, this cooler looks a lot different.
he also had 6 of the vf700's in stock.







if anyones interested, the vf700 is for 500 shipped and the other coolers are for 1k shipped
