well this one gives 40% reception two floors above my router. It doesn't drops connection and really works much better than D-Link and Netgear that I have used.

Can't say about Linksys but yeah the range is good of this one.
 
new tp link wifi adapter one costs around 1250 locally.. would be even cheaper via Ebay.. my offer is still open.. pm me bank details if you agree with me...

dude.. eBay sellers doesn't sell cheap first of all.... they already quote a 200-300 rs margin on the item.. sometimes margin even goes in thousands.. so even if you apply discount, you get it for the same price...

anyways...

trust me these so called wi-fi routers don't hold a candle against the wi-fi of these high end Asus mobos. The mobo one is way superior.

^^^ m8 i think the only reason ppl r quoting lower prices for this baby is cuz its based on a old chipset (P965).if it were based on P35/P45 then it wud hav ben a diff story all together.better performing but not so feature rich mobos r available at around the same price.

just my 2 cents.:)
 
it goes easily upto 535 FSB... I don't think anyone here would even go that high except for uber-professionals...

and if performance is a factor, then we are looking at those synthetic benchmarks lagging behind few points...

anyways.. buyers wish.. but atleast give reasonable prices... not like 4k or something making a joke of the thread :)

lowballers are always welcome for me but good ones.. not those tryig just to upset sellers mindset..
