The Cpu was purchased recently from a forum member alongwith a mini-itx motherboard.
The original purchase was on 10th Dec, 2008. hence the cpu still has 2 Years 10 months warranty left i.e. nearly full 3 years.
Will provide the copy of the Bill.
Overclocks well on air!!! (ur mileage may vary depending on ur setup, hence not posting the figures)
Price: Rs. 5.2K Shipped.
Alternatively:

Can Exchange it with a Used E5200 cpu + 2K cash.

Thanks for pointing out the Typo. can the mods change the title please as i cannot do it via the Edit Button.
 
Closing the thread for now. i bought a new E5200 cpu for the HTPC.

2 members 1)c2quado and then 2)qsahmed had confirmed the deal, took my bank details, contact info. etc and then backed out when the time came to deposit the money for reasons best known to themselves. C2quado atleast had the decency to PM me and the other dude qsahmed did not bother to reply yet.

This is just for the INFORMATION to other members of this forum.

Why cant some members make up their mind BEFORE confirming any deal:no:
