8gb hyper x ram on hold for FM

Help me out here mods, @puns I sold a stick of 8gb hyper ram to @aamirmustafa and was shipped via hyper local. I shipped in box. And with outer packing like so.


upon receiving the package after 40 mins he says he has to return because the stick is damaged.

Now I haven’t had any ram damaged like this before. And it looks like it’s been damaged while inserting as the contact pad is uprooted. He saying it’s been damaged in transit o

I’d taken pics when I’d stored the item.

i’m also attaching screenshots of my chat with him, in which he’s wanting it to return it immediately.

Also I’ve gone through his profile, and he only has posts on my threads. And I’m starting to wonder if something is amiss. Mods can chime in, about any suggestions about how to deal with a situation. In all my deals, wether on Hifivision on erodov etc. This is my first such experience.

@blackhorn this is my first time buying on forums. And regarding my comments, u can see that I have commented everywhere for a 1X8GB RAM. I have sent u the RAM pic and u can match the serial number if you're doubting that I'm trying to fool u. Also, please blur my contact number before posting it online. That would be highly appreciated.
And on WhatsApp chat, u had only sent me the other side of the RAM which is still the way it was shown in the pic. You never did send me a picture of this side of the RAM. Also if damage was done during installation, then how come only one side of the pin is affected and the other is not(the other side is the one whose picture u sent to me).
I'm not accusing anyone here but if the product was already damaged on arrival, then I do accept a refund for it.
You also made this comment on the WhatsApp chat without even seeing the clear picture of the RAM.

well the fact remains one pad of the RAM is damaged quite clearly as seen in the pics, I doubt if it can be even inserted(in a Ram Slot) without inflicting further damage. Secondly I've uploaded CPU-Z pics on this very thread when I put it on sale, and as in pics shown, no damage at all, this means it was working and didn't have physical damage. This would mean I purposefully damaged it and sent it to you, secondly I don't have any other pics from you so I don't know about any other damage. I sent pics to you in the process of packaging as I try to with every other deal. Thirdly damage in transit, now that's always at the risk of the buyer, you opted for a hyperlocal service(I offered you choices of hyperlocal). I offered to meet you f2f and hand over the item, but you yourself opted for this channel(of transport). I even packed it as shown in pics with bubble wrap to make sure there was as little possibility of damage as possible. Even so, I am getting in touch with the hyperlocal service as we agreed on as to what is their policy on damage in transit, and I will get back to you on that. Also as requested I've blurred your contact(an oversight on my part, for which I apologize).

As I have said, I am not blaming you as the damage might have occurred during transit. You also did say that you would be providing one day warranty for testing so this is not solely my responsibility. Also please find the attached pics. As you can see, there is only a single damage and that too to one side of a pin. If this happened during installation, then both sides would have been damaged. But only one side has been damaged which is extraordinary. Also the side which was damaged wasn't shared to me during our conversation. Please let me know what the shipping company is saying.

Issue resolved, Hyper X in its present condition(with a pad damaged) available on an as is basis for 450/- plus shipping. I don't have a machine to test it any more.
